Refund policy

Returns

We provide store credit to items that have been returned within the first 2 weeks of your purchase.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered store credit and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for store credit and exchanges

  • Your item must be sent back unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging and still have all tags/labels attached.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Alternatively, you can schedule a time to drop off your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Store Credit

Krystlld Boutique does not offer refunds. Instead, store credit is issued as our reimbursement method for any refund requests.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and opt to return it, we will provide you with store credit that can be applied to your next purchase at our boutique.

Please note that this policy exclusively applies to items that adhere to the guidelines outlined in our return policy.
